In 2004, the second generation was launched, which was totally redesigned and was looking very awesome and attractive. This car was again a hit from the factory of Suzuki. This generation was looking more modern and was feature loaded (compared to the older generation). This car was available in 2 engine options one being Petrol and obviously the other being Diesel. The petrol variant was available in 5 options (1.2L, 1.3L, 1.5L and 1.6L). The Diesel engine was only available in one option that is, 1.3L . The petrol variants was capable of producing 62 to 83 HP and upto 115Nm of torque. But, sadly this generation was discontinued globally in the year 2011
In the year 2010 (2011 in few countries) the 3rd was launched with some minor changes. Basically it was a facelift of the 2nd generation. This car was now looking even more bolder, sharper and spottier. This car became even more popular than the both the previous generations, just because of the way it looks. The minor changes that Suzuki had made in this car was looking very aggressive. Jus because of it's looks and passenger capacity this car was now selling in even greater numbers.

And then, finally in the year 2017 we got to see the all new redesigned, 4th generation of Suzuki Swift. This car is currently available in the market and is a good deal for a person looking for a mid size family hatchback. This car is now looking even more beautiful than it's preceding models and for the first time it now gets a LED projector headlamp which helps in enhancing the looks up to a great extent.
