REVIEW OF THE ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350

Hi guys, this blog is all about India's most famous, favourite and beloved touring motorcycle Royal Enfield Classic 350.

• Overview:

                         Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a very popular motorcycle among the person of every age group, from a teenager to a aged person everybody loves it's thump.

This is because of the design that had not been changed much from it's first model and it's the paint job that attracts youngsters even in 2019. But you have to pay 1.45L (Ex- showroom) to get the hands on it.

• Specs;

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets a 4 strock, 346cc, SOHC, 2 Valve, twin spark, air cooled engine, that produces 19.8Bhp @5250 RPM and 28 Nm of torque @4000 RPM, with a decent mileage of around 40 KMPL. This whole setup is matted to a 5 speed transmission.

This motorcycle is made specifically for long tours so it comes with a fuel tank of 13.5L which will give you a tank range of around 540 Km, which according to touring purposees is a very good figure.

• Pros:

1. One of the good tourer motorcycle available in India.
2. Bigger cc engine (350cc).
3. Parts availability.
4. Too many service centers across the country.
5. Decent mileage.
6. Comes with dual channel ABS.

• Cons:

1. Too much of vibrations when you rev the engine.
2. Too much wear and tear of parts.
3. Hard to maintain.
4. Not so much reliable.
5. Outdated looks and features.
6. Needs better breaking power.

• Conclusion:

                            The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a very good motorcycle for touring as it has a very comfortable sitting position and comes with dual channel ABS. Now if you are planning to buy one then be ready for some breakdowns and heavy maintenance. You have to keep this bike well maintained otherwise the bike is not ready to go for long tour with you.
You have to pay 1.45L (Ex- showroom).
If you are someone who prefer to go slow but cover long distances comfortably rather than going fast with a commited sitting position, then this bike is for you (if you don't consider vibrations as an issue)
